Portraits of Power

Overview

Celebrate amazing women artists and their stories with art, drinks, and good vibes at our March Open House!

Close out Women's History Month by supporting local women artists and experiencing powerful, unapologetic work in a space designed to move you. Expect complimentary craft cocktails all night, magnetic energy from a performance by Judy Blank, and a room filled with people who care deeply about art, culture, and community.

Voted as one of the top three places to see art in Austin, this woman and immigrant-owned gallery is proud to present this bold and intentional exhibit.

About the exhibit:

Portraits of Power is both a celebration and a call to action.

This exhibition emerges at a moment when many hard-won rights and freedoms feel increasingly fragile — when the autonomy, safety, and visibility of women are once again being debated, challenged, and politicized. In this climate, creating becomes more than expression; it becomes declaration. It becomes record. It becomes resistance.

This show is an invitation to respond — as artists and as women.

Want to meet the artists? Join us for a limited-access Artist Talk prior to doors for an intimate look at the exhibit through the artists' eyes.
